• Once submitted, all rights on the performance video belongs to Budget Lab and cannot be later revoked under any circumstances
• Budget Lab has all rights to publish the performance videos in their YouTube channel or social media handles, or share with film production houses/film directors/casting agencies who are looking for new talents
• Even if I win the contest, Budget Lab would be able to accommodate me as an actor in their future productions, only if the role suits my profile, capability and availability
• The decision taken by the Jury or Budget Lab Productions management during eliminations and while deciding WINNERS of the contest, would remain final.
• Budget Lab Productions has the right to change schedule/dates for shortlisting participants and announcing WINNER of the contest.
• I should not make any comments/statements in public (over Visual, Print or Social media) that would negatively affect reputation of Budget Lab Production or partners who are associated with Season 1 Budget Lab Actor’s Hunt Contest. If any such comments/statements are made and if am found responsible either directly or indirectly, Budget Lab Productions has all rights to take legal action against me.
