I understand and agree that,

-> The amount paid as registration fee for registering short film story/script is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

->If I am one among the TOP 3 short film production contest winners and have a team of technicians and actors, Budget Lab Productions would only produce the short film within a budget of Rs ONE (1) Lakh.

-> If I win and do not have a team to execute the short film, I should mention the same in this form (either Yes or No). No discussions would be entertained at a later stage.

-> If I win and do not have a team to execute the short film, Budget Lab would only help me to connect with the Key Technicians (Director, Editor, Cinematographer, Music) and Actors to execute my work. It would be my responsibility to engage with them further and ensure that the short film is produced within a budget of Rs One Lakhs.

-> During the course of the contest, if I do not follow the rules & regulations Budget Lab Productions defines or do not adhere to the timelines set, management has the right to reject my candidature and the decision would remain final.

-> Budget Lab Productions would not call or follow up with me, if I submit a corrupt PDF file or Google Drive/YouTube link for which access is not given.

->Budget Lab Productions will not be responsible if I miss out on checking emails (Inbox/Junk folders) that might carry important updates.

->Budget Lab Productions will not be responsible if I give wrong contact information (Email ID, Phone Number) during story submission time

->The decision taken by the Jury or Budget Lab Productions management during eliminations and while deciding WINNER of the contest, would remain final.

->Budget Lab Productions has the right to change schedule/dates for shortlisting participants and announcing WINNER of the contest.

->I should not make any comments/statements in public (over Visual, Print or Social media) that would negatively affect reputation of Budget Lab Productions. If any such comments/statements are made and if am found responsible either directly or indirectly, Budget Lab Productions has all rights to take legal action against me.

->I am sending the short film story/script as per my interest and belief on Budget Lab management and Budget Lab cannot be held responsible if the story/script is leaked through any other sources.

->That the information provided in the form is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
